We confirm this with you before go-live. As soon as anyone besides the owner uses the account, KPI changes need the owner plus one or two officers.

07Letter of intent

This letter of intent is non-binding except for confidentiality. All pilots are paid. A pilot starts only when you sign an Order Form, which states the pilot's scope, dates and price (including any discount FohBoh approves) and links to FohBoh's Master Services Agreement, which you accept by signing it.
